The Challenge
Positano had a loyal in-store customer base but minimal online visibility. The feed didn't match the boutique experience, and nothing was moving on video.
The Approach
Three posts a week covering new arrivals, styling shots, and in-store atmosphere. UGC and video pull in people who'd never walk past the shop. YouTube gives longer-form room for styling and range walk-throughs. The feed reads like a second storefront.
The Work
Positano Lifestyle Boutique is a Cape Town swimwear and resort-wear label, founded by Debbie Combrink. Everything is locally designed and made in and around Cape Town, by a woman-owned business with an all-women team. The range covers swimwear (including prosthetic-friendly options), resort wear, and bags and accessories, sold through the Noordhoek Farm Village shop and online. The brand takes its name and its mood from Positano on the Amalfi Coast: easy, age-confident la dolce vita dressing for women who want to feel pulled-together at any stage. The shop is open daily 9 to 5, with the workshop a few minutes away in Capri.
